That why you're supposed to leave safe , stopping distance between you and the car in front of you , in case there's an emergency or a sudden stop.

first and third could have been prevented first one pay attention you should be able to tell he stopped and third one never go in-between traffic cause you're blind to the cars on the left side in your view
