not sure when this was made but M.2 Nvme now got up to 16gbs or 16000mbs, and they continue to go up. so if your only gaming in 1080 or 2560 then all are find but 4k 4k and 8k gaming need to be fast so top NVME 7gbs or faster.

also do note that some NVME's don't have it's own DRAM. this won't be really be a problem if your gaming but if your doing more demanding tasks then you should get a NVME with it's dedicated DRAM. (NVME's without a dedicated Dram can reach the fastest speed it was marketed for, but it will be inconsistent if your tasks are too demanding.)

Nvme actually ranges between 1000 and 9000 MB/s, the 3000 to 7000 is more common though

I have 4th gen intel in my pc even if it's cheap I had ssd problem and also it uses Sata aside of it no wifi and needs to have an phone connected for Ethernet

Entry SSD aren’t as fast as 7200 rpm sata but slightly faster than a 5900 rpm sata. Cost wise more expensive that’s 5900 rpm and almost as expensive as the 7200 rpm. Noiseless than either, 7200 rpm tend to be audible and can tell when data is being loaded from.
