Sinubukan ko na lahat.. gym, running, jogging, cycling, zumba, pero mas lalo lang akong tumaba 😂 When I switched to walking, dun lang ako nabawasan ng 15kg. Kaloka 🥰 Simple, chill, madaling gawin, at libre pa. Yan pala talaga ang secret, WALKING. 😁 60kg down to 45kg
