Defo in my 5, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t really like white chocolate 😌 can never go wrong with cranberries and white chocolate hehe 50g oats 5g chia seeds/flax seeds 50g plain Greek yoghurt 30g of vanilla/white chocolate flavoured vegan or whey casein protein powder(I used @Muscle Nation ) code JULES) 160 ml of water or milk For the cranberry yoghurt layer: 10g finely chopped cranberries 100g of yoghurt White chocolate flavouring (mine is from @Prozis_official ) code FITFOODIEJULES) For the top: 15-20g of white chocolate 5-10g of cranberries, chopped Microwave the oats with the chia seeds and water for 2.30, then mix in yoghurt and protein powder. Add to a bowl or jar. Make the yoghurt layer and spread over the oats, then melt the white chocolate and mix in the cranberries. Drizzle this over the top to form a shell, then pop in the fridge overnight and enjoy! #oats #overnightoats #proteinoats
