very bad can be life threatening if you not had or family line not had, mutations changes and reinfects . once one in family has antibodies it's pasted down but trillions of types but one antibodies who had contact with one type adapt easyer and less life threatening, can recover in weeks rather than months or years. vaccine every year on earth stops you getting for one year that type but costs a lot of paper. new type every year is put on earth by creature

micro can wipe out an entire species if not contained or a treatment straight away, goes every where in less than a nano second, contained before first infection and zone will make it very easy to stop ete and minimise quarantine which can be hard to enforce the bigger the zone ete. the quratine only needs to last till last micro is gone and from every thing even test tubs ete , and all well again in area, antibodies can be gotten without a needle should be on Google, it be a trap most likely
