@drkylehemsley: Front-of-chest pain by the sternum (ribs 2–3)? Pain with pushing, reaching, coughing, sneezing, or even driving? Before you smash it with a lacrosse ball, try this 👇 Find the tender spot along the sternum → gently lift the skin away, then mobilize up/down and side-to-side for 1–2 minutes. Add some arm or trunk movement while you hold it. Retest the painful motion. If it feels better, repeat this a few times a day to help calm irritated superficial nerves.
