Funny how this video popped up as I was reading the Bar training manual on damages for barrister training. They said those are just the start of the requirents of a contract and irl it'sfar more complicated and involved with some obvious and some not so obvious requirements - for instance there must be named parties to the contract as third parties generally have no rights, there must be validly incorporated conditions, to mention couple from a ghost of additional requires barristers will face in any practical situation.
