I am a BTL at Sephora Inside Kohls. I had someone try to return something from November 5th and my system said it was no longer eligible for return so I couldn’t process the return.

so i work at a stand alone sephora and any purchases made during that time period can get a full refund even after the 30 days, at least thats what we have been told and im one of the managers

Hi I work at a Sephora in kohls and our return policy is 30 days, you don’t need a receipt as long as you have an account that you purchased it under. If you have no account or receipt you CANT return anything (this is if you didn’t sign up and have no proof of purchase). Also, as long as the product is still some what full it doesn’t matter we take it.
