umm... it was 60° f today. all the snow melted. we have mountains, rain and no snow in mountains. where does that go..... im literally in the middle of it, got evacuated from work today. I dont care if it rains here, it's the mountains.

I've been here for 40 years, that was way more water than we usually see We usually have light rain off and on for months. This was continuous heavy rain. They are calling it an atmospheric river.

I've pretty much lived here my whole life and we've never seen this much flooding or devastation. it's still early. more rain and snow to come. I'm curious as to what the Turnip will do or not do about this. 🤔

what do you mean the rainfall wasn't extreme? it was five trillion gallons of water dumped in two days. that's more than the Amazon holds. that's a lot of water and that seems pretty extreme to me. also there's a second atmospheric river just about to hit now.

It's because the extra winter moisture is usually trapped as snow on the mountain tops but it's been too warm so the snow is all melting and coming down the mountains at the same time as the rain is falling.

I have to double tap in order to get my phone to work because I got a software technician messing with the controls in my device so they opened up the damn so they can do eminent domain and how do they get rid of the people so they can upgrade the homeswe need some modern technology we need to bring money into our town so we’ll take a loss and then we’ll regain. It will recoup it by rebuilding bringing in jobs. Don’t you know government department of defense come on now? I worked with men my whole life. This is the financial issue.
