@kristenmilauckas: Replying to @Stephanie Anne ✨UGC✨ TIME TO TALK STRATEGY— Every time I clean out my closet, I get rid of MAYBE a week’s worth of clothes. Which, in the grand scheme of my closet that more closely resembles a time capsule than an actual closet, is hardly a dent. I tried a new strategy this time, and not only was it much quicker than usual… it actually proved to be more efficient. I didn’t spend hours debating whether I would one day wear this red sweater I’ve had since high school. Narrow down your scope to “two weeks worth of clothes THAT FIT AND FLATTER YOUR BODY”. I know. Two weeks isn’t much. BUT keep in mind you’ll probably end up with double that which is still plenty of clothes while SERIOUSLY decreasing the amount of laundry you’re currently doing (probably). Now, in the mornings I spend maybe five minutes picking out clothes and getting dressed. I don’t spend countless hours a week debating which clothes to pick. I don’t talk negatively about my body while trying on my own clothes. I just get dressed. It has truly decluttered my physical space and my mind. Give it a try, and let me know how your mornings play out after! 💕 #c#cleaningclosetc#cleaningtipsd#declutteringd#declutteringtipsmomvlog
