use moisturizer as primer and a hyluronic serum. this is the ultimate base for dry flakey skin. just make sure you apply on damp skin and let it almost dry fully before applying. -from someone who wears full face on the daily

Helps when doing your skin care to wait couple minutes between steps than making sure to wait for your skin care to soak in just a little bit before applying my makeup but that’s what works with me and this use to happen to me but I just changed the way I used my product but everyone’s different so take this with a grain of salt
