The tiredness gets even worse in the 3rd trimester. Basically need a break after doing any small task and ready for bed by 7:30pm every night 😅

You can get waistband extenders for your trousers/jeans! My bump didn’t become big until around 5 months, before that I could just wear my normal trousers/jeans with extenders ☺️I think they’re only a few pounds on Amazon

yes HPHB was great. I also read "hypnobirthing - practical ways to make your birth better" Siobhan miller. highly recommend. and also "the book you wish your parents had read and your children will be glad you did" really changed my approach to parenting and I still go back to it today, 3 years later, when new challenges appear and I need to self reflect!!

Pregnancy tired is the worst, I remember with my first being on a bus my head lolling around because I was so tired after college. It does get better though, hang in there 🥰
