It is hetic doing a buffet for Christmas with small oven but you did a great job ❤️🎄 . I had a bigger range oven in our old cottage but moved house and ended up with a built in smaller oven. I spend the day before cooking all my food then I reheat on the night. I make homemade mince pies, homemade apple and pear slow cooked gammon I make baps with. Also I make homemade sausage rolls, homemade sticky allspice and maple glazed cocktail sausages, homemade rice Krispies Christmas pudding treats, cranberry and cream cheese dip, a large homemade christmas pudding which I flame with Brandy when serving. I also put Christmas chocolates and Christmas m and s tortilla star crisps. I also make cranberry and brie puff pastry roses and put out cheese and meats on cocktail sticks and put in a wreath shape. I also make mulled allspice apple juice. This year I think I have 20 coming to my first buffet then my second buffet I will be hosting 5 then my third buffet I will be hosting 6 then I do full Christmas dinner on Boxing day for 6. I put up 19 Christmas trees and lots of other decor in our house. This year will be a squeeze with 20 people as we only live in a small 3 bed semi but sure it's all good fun ❤️🎄
