Hey! So I found a hack that works for me. On my non-tret nights, this is my routine: spray bottle with glycerin and aloe Vera juice, hyaluronic acid from naturism, neutrogena hydroboost gel cream, let that sit for two mins, then the La Roche Posay cicaplast baume or any barrier cream. I alternate between tret nights and barrier nights using this routine. No peeling at all! I use 0.025% gel on my face and 0.025% cream on my neck.

Barrier support is everything. I'll be 40 this yr and use it every night. My full routine is on my page and its super basic but every step is necessary because my skin is hydrated, plump, and smooth.

Hi hun, try the sandwich method it works it minimizes irritation, peeling and redness. Apply a layer of moisture, followed by the Tretinoin then finish with a second layer of moisture

I started a few weeks ago with spironolactone & have had zero purge. I double cleanse & do the sandwich method. The Ordinary moisturizer, wait 15 mins, Tret, wait 15 minutes, barrier repair moisturizer to seal it in.
