I had a manager do this to me, watch me under a microscope and write me up for things that weren't true. So the next time she called me into the office I asked HR to be there also. And they literally witnessed her falsely accuse me of something and I showed evidence! I was so satisfied for one whole second until HR said, "your manager is new in this position so we would appreciate your patience." I'm sorry, what?

so my suggestion is, stop responding to everyone. don't engage with anyone unless absolutely necessary. don't make suggestions or give feedback or input. go completely silent and do the bare minimum until you find another job
