I knew my besties would feel the same way I did but I didn’t want to influence anyone’s opinion by listing mine. The follower who sent the story asked what else she could do next time this happens bc she was upset she didn’t do more. I’ve seen some amazing responses and yes I 100 agree this is elderly abuse. My gma passed from dementia and someone doing this to her would break my heart. When I read the story I thought this was an important topic for discussion- especially this time of year. Love yall!!

My grandma pays for everything whenever we go out, doesn’t matter how many people or the bill price. I always feel so bad but she refuses to let anyone else pay. So I literally make sure to get the same thing i would be comfortable paying for 😭 I can never understand how people can use their family
