With bubbling tomato sauce and caramelized halloumi, it fills your home with warm, inviting aromas that bring everyone together. ⠀ Quick method: Lightly cook the veggies in a pan, add tomato sauce, top with halloumi, and let the LG NeoChef Convection Oven evenly bring out a golden, fragrant finish. ⠀ 🧀 Halloumi Bake 🧀 ⠀ ✔️ Ingredients 250g cherry tomatoes 1 small red onion, cut into cubes 1 colored bell pepper, cut into cubes 1/2 cup olives 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp paprika Salt & black pepper 250g halloumi block, sliced but still attached at the bottom Mushrooms, sliced Tomato sauce (tomato paste) Olive oil & herbs, for drizzling on halloumi Fresh basil, for garnish (optional) ⠀ ✔️ How to Make 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté for just 1 minute to release the aroma. 2. Add bell peppers and mushrooms. Toss for 1–2 minutes to coat in flavors while keeping the vegetables firm, then add the tomatoes. 3. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano, then add the olives. Mix gently.
