My Kayano31s absolutely stopped my plantar fasciitis pain. My foot would swell like a balloon and now its so calm. I still get some pain after a while distance running but ive found buying compression plantar fasciitis socks to sleep in helps plenty too ✨

I have flat feet (overpronation) and deal with plantar fasciitis. and with PF, it’s not about having the softest cushioning, but about having cushioning with proper stability. When I wore my Kayano 32, I was able to walk around 20k steps a day (on vacation ofc LOL) with minimal discomfort (because doing that many steps completely pain-free with PF isn’t possible 😌😮💨). For those of you that are still confuse between Kayano or Nimbus: Nimbus is more suitable for those with medium to high arches, but I agree: it REALLY does feel like walking on clouds ☁️

My podiatrist recommended the kayano line for my flat foot & plantar fasciitis, i tried the 32 in store last week but was hesitant to buy it right away before deeper research, your video is the sign to go back for them!

I love my Gel Kayano 32 I was jogging in them for awhile and they helped with my knee pain, The shoe is a little heavy for running but still a great shoe abd I no longer have knee pain. I am now jogging with Novablaat 5 and I also love this shoe.

unfortunately not for everyone, but it's my mistake as I think it works for normal feet too, but I felt lots of pain in my legs after using it. now I just using it for short distance.
