Why argue with the guy, if you have the credentials then show it. Since quietly you have not. If I had an animal that is supposed to help me get through life, I would have said documents on me for just in case. There’s a small % of the population that thinks any animal is some type of support. Just glad it’s a smaller % that thinks it’s okay.

IF SHE CAN PROVIDE PROOF, yes..however getting a emotional support animal a vest from AMAZON does not make the dog legal and the Gym has the right to refuse entry..until she can prove it with proper documentation it is mute.
