Okay. Let's clear this up. In the exercises you keep citing, the F-22 was heavily restricted. It was forced to limit stealth, sensors, and BVR weapons, and pushed into close-range dogfights that don’t reflect how it actually fights. When the F-22 is allowed to operate as designed, it dominates other aircraft in training. The F-22 having no air-to-air kills isn’t a flaw. It’s because no country wants to challenge U.S. air superiority where F-22s are involved. In exercises, it consistently racks up lopsided kill ratios against modern fighters. The F-22 was built to counter supposedly "advanced" rival jets, and it outclassed those threats so badly that no true peer ever emerged. Meanwhile, the Su-57 has no proven air-to-air dominance, limited operational use, and production numbers don’t equal capability. Calling the F-22 "garbage" ignores that it was literally and intentionally handicapped in most exercises just to give others a chance. Even then, it still performed exceptionally well. So yes the F-22 is the most legendary fighter jet until someone makes a better jet and we know that's not happening any time soon.
