At first glance, this job may seem simple and routine, but this model has several important details that must be taken into account. To remove the brake caliper, a special 7-point socket is required, as the caliper mounting bolts cannot be loosened with standard tools. Being prepared with the correct tool saves time and helps avoid unnecessary complications during the repair. • Special attention is paid to the correct installation of the brake pads inside the caliper. The pads are mounted in specific guide clips that are attached to the caliper using retaining clips and adhesive. These guide clips are single-use components and must be replaced every time the brake pads are changed to ensure proper braking performance and to prevent noise or uneven wear. During the service, all brake dust generated by normal braking operation is thoroughly cleaned, and all contact surfaces are properly prepared before reassembly.
