For those who don't know... most cops are not medically trained to assist in these situations. They are there to investigate, request additional resources, and secure a scene.

It frustrates me when victim is shot cops keep asking questions like acting like they don’t know what’s going on but if th cop gets shot they are panicking other. Ops assisting with control bleeding begging to save them from dying but will never help a citizen shot victim
