Here is a secret topic to look into. Udis, schar, and other brands make restaurant specific lines of their breads. They are much much better! Udis is trash, but their restaurant burger bun is quite possibly the best gf burger bun u will ever have! (Not available to the public) only thru a distributor….sadly

I love Udi’s blueberry muffins tho!! Whenever I was in the hospital as a kid, they had those and it made my hospital stay so much better🥹

There are many options now for GF bread, but Udi’s bread is more affordable. The newer artisanal breads are really expensive.
