Badgers can be very dangerous. I was taught to have biscuits or hard bread in my boots if a badger was nearby, because if a badger bites you they won’t let go until they hear a cracking noise. And they go for the ankles.

All though they are not as bad as the Honey Badger the European badger can be aggressive if cornered

Our badgers *can* absolutely mess one up. But they are hugely timid, I’ve trodden on one in the dark and that poor guy couldn’t run away fast enough. But get them in a corner and they’ll have yer hand orf.

Badgers are absolute tanks! Completely muscle, and they have strong bites that go with those huge claws. Very cute though!!
