@grossmanlawoffices: AI isn’t replacing lawyers. It’s replacing busywork. The attorneys at risk are the ones whose value stops at paperwork. Trial lawyers and litigators? They’re still showing up, arguing facts, persuading juries, and fighting in real courtrooms. The future belongs to lawyers who know how to use AI as a tool—to streamline processes, increase output, and spend more time doing what actually wins cases. AI doesn’t replace good lawyers. It exposes the difference between paper-pushers and problem-solvers. #ai #lawyer #fyp #career #lawyersoftiktok

AI won't replace lawyers. AI will replace lawyers that don't know how to use AI.

Good video. I agree with you. AI won’t replace lawyers, but lawyers who are using AI will replace lawyers who aren’t.

As a litigator I agree with this for the most part. As a realist, I can easily see each Bar and legislature of every state weaving in some protectionist language to a new rule or regulation that requires a lawyer to at minimum review papers filled out.

The stakes are way too high to depend on AI. Lawyers will use AI to shorten the time it takes to complete tasks, but a lawyer will always be overseeing and reviewing the work. They will switch to fixed fees instead of hourly because their value is still worth it.

So generally my opinions is that AI will take over most white color jobs where your name doesn’t have to go on a sheet of paper to take responsibility for the actions it performs

I think AI has created more opportunities for attorneys. Just had a client who used an AI contract that had lots of mistakes!

Last I checked states aren’t handing out bar licenses to AI. Also, the last attorney who used AI in court got sanctioned. If you use this in your legal practice I’d double check the cases it gives you because they could be made up.

Not going to eliminate the profession but should make it more affordable. With most cases not going to court to litigate I think theres a market for small cases and to streamline some processes.
