Caramel coloring is one of our diet ABSOLUTELY NOTs… While not all forms of the coloring are the same in terms of ingredients and potential harm(carcinogenic in mice and reproductive cell harm from the types used in sodas), we just avoid them all because nutritional labels don’t identify which form it’s using.
