I haven't went to a tanning bed in years and when I did it was leading up to a trip or something. That being said, why does it always literally make my entire body feel better 😭. My joints, my skin, my hair..everything is better. Whyyyyy

Just got diagnosed with melanoma stage 1 ugh girl protect that beautiful skin. Getting cut into and now having a massive scar wasn’t worth it. Sadly I did realize it years ago and switched to sunless tanner and didn’t matter the damage was done.

I live in Oregon. It’s miserable 9 months out of the year vitamin d is amazing for you. Just don’t over do it

then one day you wake up with sun/dark spots on your face that only prescribed retinol and tretinoin can fade. killed my tanning vibes forever but on the upside my SKIN has never looked better and I live like a vampire, scared of the sun.
