If you bloat EVERYTIME after eating you might want to suspect you have SIBO ( Small Intestines Bacteria Overload). It's a real medical condition that should not be ignored or tolerated for a very long time because it causes other medical issues. If you bloat SOMETIMES, then caraway seeds and fennel seeds will help. It's probably something you ate disagreeing with you. But if you bloat everytime after eating carbs, you should see a DR because it's SIBO. The wrong bacteria is fermenting in your intestines ( causing the bloat) and consuming proteins and vitamin B12 meant for your body, and bile salts that are supposed to be there to help you digest fats.
