It doesn’t come with instructions or any explanations of the colors.. it came with 2 print outs that look like something an eight year old would print out. Is it even SAFE?!

Just curious, would you know the exact wavelengths (nm) for each mode/color (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan, white) — and whether it includes near-infrared (and the nm if so) and is there an automatic session timer, auto shutoff time (how many minutes per session) thanks!
