After months of waiting, John 3:16 Malaysian Delights is officially opening this Thursday Dec 18 at 11AM near Metrotown. They're bringing their bold beef rendang, spicy kari laksa, and OG market stall energy to the old SOJU unit (below Sushi Oyama) on Kingsway. Speaking to Noms Magazine about the Burnaby expansion, the John 3:16 team explained, “We chose Metrotown because it’s such a lively, multicultural neighborhood, and we’re excited to bring the taste of Malaysian cuisine closer to the community there.” This marks their fourth location in Metro Vancouver.
