@annietamaki: Because when it feels like you are constantly dealing with cystic acne, it's time to take a look at what's going on inside! My acne journey has been a LONG one but this year, I really made some progress because I started doing more internal testing that focused on what potential root causes could be. It started with doing a full blood panel (via @CLEARSTEM Skincare ) to see what internally could be causing all the breakouts then being put on a supplement regimen which helped. But then I did a round of egg freezing which threw things off again so I opted to dive deeper to figure out what's going on internally by doing an acne specific GI test. And we found it- 2 strains of H Pylori which I'm pretty sure has been what has causing my acne (and rosacea!!) Next steps are getting my husband tested then getting us both meds to get rid of it so any tips on dealing with H Pylori would be much appreciated 🙏🏼 Hope this was helpful and let me know if you have any questions on lab testing- happy to share more details! #acnejourney #gitest #labtesting #guthealth #hpylori
I did 14 days of amoxicillin and clarythromycin a year ago this month. I. took florastor+ pylopass and a multi strain probiotic by NOW 2-3 hrs after or before each dose of antibiotics and at bedtime - I believe it definitely helped me eradicate and cut down antibiotics side effects (I had none- responded well) stay hydrated all day everyday - pedilyte advance with prebiotics is perfect for your gut microbiome and body. aloe vera juice mixed in water helped inflammation and ginger chews with Dramamine for nausea. green tea for inflammation and fighting h. pylori. good quality easy lite foods(don't rush caffeine/spice/acidic . I made that mistake 6 weeks post and it set off terrible gastritis for like 5 weeks.
keep educating yourself. 🙏💗
