Also can cut a virus down by 3 days!! I recommend it to my patients to hopefully avoid antibiotics from a sinus infection (this sounds out of my scope of practice lol- but I see sooooo many GI patients so I try so hard to keep their gut microbiome in optimal health lol).

I use tha saline regularly, and have never tried the neti-pot version. Did this morning because of a long-standing cold and IT WORKED SO WELL!!! Thank you for posting this

I have been living by that thing. You don’t even have to use it like a full Netty pot, you can just use it with a couple sprays.
