DEEP Plantar Fascia Wall Stretch (45 sec per foot), Standing Quadriceps Stretch (30 sec per leg), and the Toe Touch (50 sec) 1 or 2x per day and you will resolve plantar fasciitis within a couple months. its caused from tight calf muscles.
