This chart is showing what a complete blood count often looks like after chemotherapy. Chemo temporarily suppresses the bone marrow so white blood cells and neutrophils drop which raises infection risk and is expected during treatment. Lymphocytes can look high because neutrophils are low not because there is a problem. Hemoglobin and hematocrit can dip slightly causing mild anemia which is common. Platelets being normal is a good sign because it means clotting is still strong. Overall this reflects typical chemo related changes that are monitored closely and usually recover before the next cycle. I know my fair share just cause I take Chemo related drugs for MS (autoimmune illness) I’ve done more research than my brain can absorb anymore lol. You’ll understand on your own journey. OK, what you're gonna need to focus on or your hemoglobin platelets and neutrophils. When your hemoglobin is low, you get headaches you're short of breath. You just feel absolutely destroyed. When your platelets are low, you get nosebleeds and bruises. You can't really tell when your neutrophils are low, but if they get too low, you are considered neutropenic and you can't eat like medium rare steaks you have to eat medium well or above you really have to wash and probably cook all of your veggies and fruits. Your body just really can't fight off infection at that point.
