Whole 50 series was trash to be honest, but I would be lying if I said I didnt love the Miku design 5080, but still wouldn’t waste money on 50 series.. 4090 out performs 5080 by 20-30% in gaming and productivity and at the rate its going its looking like the 6080 might not even beat 4090. And price per performance 4090 even beats 5090. 5090 is a 33% increase in power from 4090 to only a 2-10% increase in real world use cases. Thats why I opted to skip 5090 and wait for 6090. I suggest anyone reading do the same, and I am an enthusiast saying this lol. Also, the timing will be great if you alreay have a 4K OLED high refresh rate monitor like me because the first true 5K (NOT 5k2k, actual 5k, 5120x2880p NOT 5120x2160p), QD-OLED, high refresh rate (120-240hz) panel comes out in between now and 6090 release. Samsung announced the panel recently. Estimated mid to late 2026. 6090 is estimated late 2026 to early 2027. 👍🏻
