As much as I can agree that the cops didn’t talk him down right, honestly the guy was walking around with a knife not well. If the target wasn’t the cop, it 100% was going to be someone else on the street.

This proves police officers need to have a mandatory monthly de-escalation training class for 12-24 months of their career they need review all bodycam footage like this video for example to learn what they can do better in these type of situations!!
