Yes the cops could’ve handled this better forsure but they aren’t hired to be therapists.. they’re hired to protect and serve the community from any and all threats. Wish this could’ve had a different outcome

I wouldn’t have escalated like this but ok the pain of a father missing his kids. Poor guy. Really wish he would’ve gotten the help he needed. Hope the officer is ok.
