@helentaylorrr: we’re talking now it’s ok…love u queen @Zuzia Jędrzejewska you'll need: - 1 banana - 1tbsp butter - 1tsp gingerbread spice mix - 1/3 cup oats - a handful of pecan nuts, roughly chopped - 2tbsp honey / maple syrup (to serve): - any yogurt you like (i mixed vanilla and plain greek) - a handful of dark chocolate - 1tbsp peanut butter method: 1. begin by melting the butter and 1/2 tsp of gingerbread mix on a medium heat in a small frying pan. stir around the pan. 2. split the banana by slicing through the centre lengthways and then peeling off the skin. 3. place the banana halves face down onto the pan and leave to cook for a few minutes until golden. 4. carefully flip over and cook for another couple of minutes. 5. remove from the pan and place to one side. 6. in the same pan, add in the honey and the rest of the gingerbread spice mix. 7. throw in the pecan nuts along with the oats and stir well, ensuring the oat mix is throughly covered in the honey. 8. keep stirring ever so often for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. 9. gather into one corner of the pan in a flat even layer and remove from the heat. 10. place your yogurt of choice in a bowl. 11. once the granola has cooled slightly and crisped up, break it up into clusters using a spatula / wooden spoon. 12. place the granola into your bowl however you like... and top with a generous dollop of peanut butter. 13. carefully place the bananas on top (ensuring they don't break as they will be fragile!). 14. sprinkle with the dark chocolate and you're ready to serve… enjoy xxx🤎 #yogurt #breakfast #gingerbread #banana #yogurtbowl
