Exactly the same here!!!! The doctor was so kind and said ‘would you like to meet your baby tomorrow morning?’ Such a nice way to communicate that he needed to come out asap without panicking me. I wasn’t due for 2 weeks. My husband and I were like 😳😳😳

Emergency c sections usually happens within minutes, with cholestasis its not as urgent but does require baby to be delivered if your levels are high enough ❤️happy you and baby are ok❤️

I posted on fb while I was pregnant "why are my hands and feet so itchy but I don't have a rash? pregnancy is weird". And acquaintance of mine messaged me and told me to call my OB immediately and tell them. I thought she was crazy. she was in fact not crazy. 😂

I don’t understand why they don’t test everyone for cholestasis. It’s not well known and so dangerous, it should be a standard test for all pregnant women

Dealt with cholestasis for a week, self diagnosed it, dr told me no it’s rare I’m sure you don’t have it, I demanded a test, got a call three days later saying get to the hospital you were right!

got cholestasis around 36 weeks, they induced me at 37 weeks. The itching was like nothing I’ve ever experienced, I legit felt like I was going insane. Scratched myself so hard I was covered in bruises.
