not that anyone asked, but I had massive breakouts 10-15 years ago I'm now 36....I started taking probiotics & avoided foods with added vitamin B12! Gone. sounds silly, worked for me.

This is the worst thing to happen to me. Mine got so bad I had to have it drained twice, can’t shave anymore under my arms. It was so painful and left awful scarring. I will say hibiclens 1-2 a week at most has helped sooo much, as well as benzoly peroxide, and witch hazel. I try to use gel deodorants and keep the area clean everyday. It’s so draining but I’m so glad you’re bringing awareness to this
