@dailybodycams: Witness the bizarre scene that unfolded after Illinois State Police pulled over a speeding Cadillac in Rockford. What began as a routine traffic stop for window tint checks rapidly devolved when the detained driver started acting erratically. Forget calm conversation; this man was on a mission, demanding officers perform CPR and blow air into his mouth right there on the street! The repeated, frantic pleas—Pump my heart! Come save me!—while the troopers insisted he was fine is an absolutely wild roadside moment. See the full, chaotic exchange for yourself. #RoadsideChaos #PoliceInteraction #Bizarre #CPR #TrafficStop
