Being on your phone doesn’t automatically mean you’re in the mood to reply. Sometimes people just want to scroll, watch videos, or disconnect from conversations. That doesn’t mean the excuse is fake or that anyone is owed an immediate response. Phone use doesn’t mean you’re emotionally available.

Its bc when we’re alone or doing something activley we feel comfortable. But when socialising and such it becomes overwhelming and the only escape is our phone so it has nothing to do with the person we are with. Also it could just be that when we are alone or home there is nothing interesting to share but when we are out and about we wanna share our fun time with Oter friends.😔😌
