@kryswanders: this year has been one of the most challenging chapters yet, and that’s saying something. loss feels like a natural part of evolving into the version of yourself you need. not just people, but futures. version of yourself you once built your life around. what you believed to be for certain. there’s a strange grief that comes with realizing not everyone you thought would be there for all of it can come with you into what’s next. especially the ones that are directly responsible for getting you to where you needed to be in order to feel like you could start healing. I’m learning to choose my wellbeing. to choose a life that feels peaceful. and leaning into the fear that comes with the unknown.
