@libbydarabi03: I never post anything like this, I’m posting for myself as encouragement, if I can encourage someone else that’s a bonus! This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, I’m still not there yet mentally but it’s something I’ll be battling for a long time. Struggling with an ED and trying to get better when your brain constantly tells you that your not good enough and that starving yourself or purging is the option. Sometimes eating is the only thing I could control and so I let it win. Constantly watching your food intake, judging your worth based on looks, weight, clothes size. Loosing any joy in anything. If you are struggling ask for help, it takes life’s, leaves you with no energy for anything else because your so consumed by it. DON’T LET IT WIN🫶🏽 FOOD IS FUEL! There is life after it have faith that this doesn’t have to be the reality forever put faith into yourself. Always remember that people who love you, love every part of you not just what the eye can see, they want you to be healthy and happy to live a long long life full of so much joy and happiness , it’s what’s inside is what matters ❤️ #edrec0very #mentalhealthmatters #EDAwareness #recoverytok #recoveryispossible💯
