Fedor is the HW GOAT. No doubt about it. Only casuals think otherwise. Pride had way better fighters back then. The UFC was nearly collapsing when Fedor was fighting tough matches in Pride. Now obviously UFC is the biggest and best. But it wasn't always the case. I remember back then I was training and almost fought in the UFC. Many of my teammates did back in the mid 2000's.

How can he be the GOAT if he never faced the best? Gretzky didn’t play in some beer league and produce the numbers he did. Jordan didn’t stop in college. They all played with and against the best. I’m not saying isn’t the best of all time but I definitely can’t say he was because when he did face UFC calibre fighters like Henderson even Bader later in his career he lost. It’s a much more complicated argument.
