Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Tuesday urged the Pentagon to make available to all members of Congress the full video of the Sept. 2 “double tap” strike on a boat in the Caribbean, saying there was “no doubt” the operation was legal.   “I think the video should be given to everybody in Congress,” he told reporters after a classified briefing on Capitol Hill. “I don’t think most Americans give a damn about the video. I’d like all of us to see it.”   Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio provided the briefing on the military’s ongoing campaign against alleged drug-running boats in the Caribbean and Pacific, which is seemingly part of a broader campaign against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.   Secretary Hegseth said members of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees will be shown the footage, but that it will not be made available to all lawmakers.   Sen. Graham, a longtime defense hawk, also said he wants greater clarity about the end goal of the operation, arguing it should lead to regime change in Venezuela.   “I want to know what’s going to happen next. Is it the policy to take Maduro down? It should be, if it’s not,” he said. “And if he goes, what’s going to happen next?
