The goal is to lengthen tissue, decompress the plantar fascia, and restore foot mobility so the arch can move freely before loading or strengthening. How to do them: • First 3 exercises: hold each stretch for 30 seconds • Last exercise: 20 reps each side Use these post class, post rehearsal, or before bed to reduce foot gripping, relieve tension, and improve overall foot function. When the arch has space to move, technique feels lighter and cleaner. Save this and stay consistent.
