Macros (per serving — 4 servings): ➡️ ~40g protein ➡️ ~400 calories ➡️ ~30g carbs ➡️ ~18g fat Ingredients: • 2 New York strip steaks • 2 large green bell peppers • 1 red onion • Olive oil • Salt, pepper, garlic powder • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp dried cilantro • 2 tsp chili powder • ¼ tsp cayenne • Juice of 1 lime • Fajita-size flour tortillas • Pico de gallo Instructions: 1️⃣ Slice peppers and onion. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2️⃣ Air fry veggies at 400°F for ~13 minutes, until tender. 3️⃣ Slice steak thin. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, dried cilantro, chili powder, cayenne, and lime juice. 4️⃣ Remove veggies and set aside. Next time warm up the tortilla. It would be 🔥 if you don’t have a Comal use a regular nonstick pan as long is big enough for the tortilla.
