I just got this today. if you are just starting off slow go slow. You think its not going to do anything it does. I was sweating my butt off. If you squat slightly you feel that burn even more especially when you twist faster. I haven't added weights yet but im sure its going to burn. Today I just moved my arms raised up above my head and down. 🥰 Good luck everyone!
