As someone who’s been listening to subliminals for 3+ years, i found that subliminal playlists with 7+ videos for aura and lifestyle works better for me then appearances, in terms of facial features shorter sub playlists and listening about one or two specific features work best for me rather than listening to a whole playlist of facial features subliminals

I feel like people over complicate manifesting in general. Especially with things like 3D, 4D, pressure to do all these methods, its all unnecessary. If you believe you have it then you have it, simple as that. Listen to your subs and go on with your day, there's no need to worry and stress over results.
